TrailWit terms of purchase

Valid from 16 October 2026. If the Swedish and English versions differ, the Swedish version applies.

1. Seller

2. The service

TrailWit is an app for quiz trails. One purchase gives a code that is valid for one trail. With the code you create the trail, invite the guests and see the results. The trail is played on the day you choose. The base price includes 10 players (one phone or one team per place) and up to 15 questions plus a tiebreaker. More places and more questions can be added to the same trail.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown in Swedish kronor including 25% VAT before you pay. You pay by card or Swish via Stripe. We never see your card details.

4. Delivery

The code is sent to the email address you enter as soon as the payment is complete. If no email arrives, check your spam folder and otherwise contact us, and we will send the code again.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. As long as the code has not been used, you get the full amount back. Email us within 14 days and include the code.

When you create a trail with the code, delivery of the service begins. At the time of purchase you agree that this may happen immediately, and that the right of withdrawal then ends for that trail. The same applies to places and questions added to a trail that already exists.

6. Faults and complaints

If the service does not work as promised, for example if the trail cannot be played because of a fault on our side, contact us as soon as you can. We will fix the fault or refund all or part of the amount.

7. The content of the trail

As the host, you are responsible for the questions and images in your trail, including questions suggested by AI. Read them through before the trail is played. Do not upload pictures of other people without their permission.

8. Safety during the trail

Choose a route that suits the players and follow traffic rules and local access rules. Players are responsible for where they walk. A-KEEJ AB is not liable for injuries that occur during the trail.

9. How long data is kept

Guests' names, answers and results are deleted 30 days after the day of play. Read more in the privacy policy.

10. Disputes

Contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If we cannot agree, consumers can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se. Swedish law applies.
